Yes you get some Stealth points, but never really tried it if you get anything as a reward. Not really a stealth game tho, miss the Stealth device.

The bladewolf DLC seemed to encourage stealth. Almost every battle in this DLC can be stealthed ,and you can get a "no alarm" bonus if you never got discovered.

But its weird cause when i clear something in stealth, it doesnt show nothing like ''bla bla points for stealth'' all i hear is the dudes from the codec, mostly boris congratulate me.

Only the Blade Wolf DLC gives you a direct point bonus for sneaking. Edit: Or not. Whoops. However, an achievement is gained for passing through a great deal of the final level of the story undetected.

When you're congratulated, take a peek at your BP counter. You'll get between 500 and 5000 BP depending on what fight you stealthed. It's still not worth it though outside of fun factor.
