Suit color has changed?

So, I haven't played this game in months and there's no way I have found all the suits because I have never finished this game.

However, I decided to play this for a while and I just found that for some reason Hiryu's wearing an orange outfit and the sword/scarf thing is blue and I've no idea what just happened

Go to the menu, press Q,E (or RB/LB) to go to the outfit menu.

But I haven't unlocked that, will it work anyway?
