Yep, same exact problem on my end. Tried using compatibility modes, tried running as admin, no dice. I'm using Windows 8 btw.

FIXED, once again Telltale and the dinput8.dll problem..don't these guys do ANY QA on this issue? Seems each of their games have this issue.

Mine actually worked before official release :P Only a few minutes, but hey. It's fun alright, but damn its hard. I haven't won a single hand yet. Or I'm in bad luck, or this game is way harder than part 1.

The game required Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package. After I installed this. It worked. Hope this helps ;)
