Poker Night 2

Poker Night 2

Statistiche:
Please give us a proper skip dialogue function
I'm getting real tired of listenign to every lentghy thing these guys have to say now that most of the dialogue has dried up, can we please have a skip dialogue feature that works on all dialogue instead of just a few arbitrary segments? Thankyou.

Yes please! It's fun the first time, but hearing the same ♥♥♥♥ again is getting on my nerves. It really kills the replayability.
Amen. Dont mind if its not available for the first 2 or 3 games. I imagine getting the voiceovers is prolly one of the most expensive things... but after theyve been listened to a few times..... gah! Really puts me off getting any more.
Yeah, i really liked the first one, i loved how i was always hearing new stuff even after many hours of playing and between a lot of dialogue repeats. But i was always skipping some lengthy dialogues that i heard a dozen times already. Or if i was in a hurry and wanted to play some Poker Night in the short time i had available.

Don't know why that feature is missing from 2, it was very useful for various reasons. At first i thought ok, i can deal with it, but once the repeats start appearing and some take a lot of time, that's when the switch flips. I decided not to play the game again until some skip dialogue option comes back in. It's sad because i really like the game's idea, but without being able to skip dialogues it gets quite frustrating for nothing. I really hope they consider putting this back in.
I've unlocked the Army of Darkness and Venture Brothers sets, and when I play with those I get a few dialogues I don't hear when playing the stock set. I don't know if this is just some cosmically improbable coincidence or by game design. Anyone else notice this phenomenon?
It was only a dollar, but I regret buying the game due to how slow it is to play a hand because of the chatter. The skit where Claptrap gets stuck in a loop makes me want to shut the game off each time I get it. To me, the inability to skip the dialog when you stay in on a hand makes it a Not Recommended. Its the first game that made me wish Steam did refunds on software.
Sometimes they're funny to hear again, but most of the time I just want to get the hand going which means some of the dialogue trees are too long.
Yeah, after playing the first one for quite a long time it's really boring being forced to listen to some of the same unfunny lines time after time after time after time after time after time after time after time after time...
I agree - come on devs - let us have an option to remove dialogue or at least skip#!!
+1... no more to say

I could not believe that one was not included, especially considering some of the quality vs. the original inventory.
