My strategy: Keep going all in until you lose. When you lose, pause during the cutscene that tells you that you lost, then quit the game and re-enter, and because the game didn't auto save when you lost, you can try again. If you fail 3 times in a row using this strategy, fold, and try again.

sam (dog) only plays when he has something else he folds early. take it slow and steady to bait him in else wear him down with folds and let blinds bank rupt him.
claptrap is ironically one of hardest. he jumps his style often to show the crazyness of his inspiration. once you click which play style he is in though he not too difficult.
these days i have done all possible options in game so i can pick and choose how to eliminate and when.
