Need help with kitchen and canteen

Im trying to feed 200 prisoner with one kitchen and 5 cookers i have 3 sinks, firidges, and cookers but I cant seem to feed them all, can anyone help? And how big should my canteen be for 200 prisoners and how many tables with benches, and serving tables should it have?

What i find helpful is if you have different levels of prisoners(low, med, high) put them to eat at different times. If you have all one level maybe give them more time or looking at my prison i have 2 canteens feeding 300 each and in one i have around 20 stoves, 20 fridges, 5 sinks, and i have like 5 rows of 5 tables. Another problem may be that you dont have enough cooks making food so try hireing a couple more or buying more serving trays.

Go into your logistics view and see how many meals you're providing, as opposed to how many are needed. As bobcat mentioned, staggering your meal times so more prisoners can work the canteens while other are eating will increase your efficiency.

How long is your meal times 1 hour or 2? And how far is the kitchen from the canteens? I make my canteens between my prison cells blocks. So there is 20 cells either side of the canteen, Each bench holds only 4 prisoners,that's 8 per table,In each canteen there is 6 tables = 48 prisoners, I have 3 serving tables, several large TV and some phones. If you're serving High variety foods your cooks need more time prepare, I feed my prisoners twice a day for this reason, high variety food covers all their needs so they dont need 3 meals a day, also medium size, 1 hour lunch 2 hours dinner. I have 250 prisoners
I have 12 cookers 2 sinks and lots of fridges about 15 to 20 if you see product on the floor then not enough fridges. For 230 prisoners. With about 30 cooks.

I have 3 one hour meals with high variety and quality my prisoners are all minimum securety and also i mis-typed the ammount of cookers, i actually have 5

High variety and quality is pretty expensive, try dialing back on one (or both) of those. You'll still get similar satisfaction.

Try a two-hour meal block in the mornings and evenings so everyone gets fed. Build a yard right alongside your canteen and schedule yard time right before, so they can just walk in when the dinner bell rings.

Also, if you've got your canteen outfitted with TVs and bathrooms and prayer mats, they can also satisfy a bunch of other needs during their meal block.
