PA not launching

When I launch the game, it gives me the "Planetary Annihilation is not working" message. The two options are close the program, and the other is to let windows try and find the problem, which is useless because it just closes the game. The advanced details are:

Hi. It's better idea to check known problems on developer forums.

First you need to register on Uberent:
http://uberent.com/user/RegisterDialog
Then link your Ubernet account to your Steam account:
https://uberent.com/user/linksteam
Log out from UberEnt and login again on forums here:
http://forums.uberent.com/forums/
Now you shold able to see developers forums and this particular thread:

You also need to check forums because there is multiple problems you might fix yourself.
If you have any problem with permission on forums (e.g don't see alpha subforum) try to log out and re-login again and if it's not helps contact Uber support: [e-mail]

If you can't find asnwer please create own topic on dev forums and attach your DxDiag:
Run DxDiag tool (Start > Run > type "dxdiag" without quotes), press "Save All Information" button and upload your DxDiag.txt as attachment on forums.
