Mac and Linux builds are now available for PA backers - both through Steam and through a direct download from Uber.

Please note that these builds are still undergoing rapid iteration to try to bring them up to the same level of stability as the Windows 64 bit build. But as of right now, if you don't have the patience to twiddle around with your system a bit to get the game up and running, you should hold off on diving into the Mac and Linux builds.

Also, there is a dedicated Mac and Linux forum which should be regarded as the sole source of up-to-date info on the current state of the Mac and Linux builds. This forum also has a number of tutorial threads on what has been needed to get the game running on different Linux distros and Mav OS versions.
