is there any way to summon things like shrines, portals, water or enimes ?

Only through Debug commands at the moment which we've locked off. We'd like to improve Sandbox in the future and many of the features we'd like to use could quite possibly come with the basic map editor we're working on.

ah, iv made a few dungons with that but it would be nice to be able to spawn a shrine or have waves of monsters attack you ( even if there was no acutal death))

You can do some of the stuff you're wanting in the Home Realm however, which is accessed from the campaign map screen. It's the lower half of the area where you did the first (tutorial) level.
