Late-game performance is still abysmal (Video)

Up until level 10 the game ran reasonably well for the most part. Sadly this level was nearly unplayable due to very low and highly fluctuating framerates and random stuttering.

Minimum:
Dual Core CPU @ 2.0GHz
4 GB RAM
Nvidia GT400 series with 512MB RAM or better, ATI 4870HD with 512MB RAM or better

Recommended:
Quad Core CPU @ 2.0GHz
8 GB RAM
Nvidia GT500 series with 1GB RAM or better, ATI 5870HD with 1GB RAM or better

i7 920 (slightly OC)
16 GB RAM
960 with 4GB VRAM

The random stuttering is sure annoying as hell..but dude, you seriously should check the meaning of "unplayable" because this video shows that the game is everything but unplayable.

War for the Overworld runs terrible.

Frame rates fluctuate between 60 and below 10 fps on a system that is old but still far exceeds the recommended specs. Such poor performance renders any game unenjoyable and thus unplayble.

I stopped playing War for the Overworld right after I recorded that video and I won't touch it again until I hear that performance is fixed. (fixed=1080p, max settings, locked 60 fps)

I'm not holding my breath though.

Turn steam overlay off, completely fixed my fps problems and high cpu use on an I3

Same for me ! Steam overlay is very bad for performance.
