I'd say you shouldn't hold your breath for this game to actually finish :)

It's legit, but they can still pay their dept if they are able. I highly doubt that happening though.

what post and yes even tho im 16 i would invest to some extend in the company, But do they want to open up to possible investors big and small?

if the bankruptcy is true its 2 late for that, the debt collector would raffel it off, kick starters and such are ok if people want their procucts cheap but 4 people that have more money than that they are a terrible idea because they dont usually offer hi investors a % stake in the company.

The best thing a company can do after filling for backruptcy is selling their assets. Let's take THQ as an example, assets are intelectual properties such as the Saints Row franchise that was sold to Koch Media. They knew they had some top tier intelectual properties that they could make some last resort money, so they sold everything before completely getting dissolved.

So what could happen in this case? Bugbear doesn't own the Flatout series, but they own the Romu engine, the current staff (under a limited contract), the website and, of course, Wreckfest. All of that can be sold to another company.

the big number on that site (3 957 000) is supposed to be revenue.


Before mass panic happens, I suppose the developers should give a statement on that.

Revenue != profit. They can have 10million dollars of revenue and still end up bankrupt.
