go fund me? lol
I hope Jannes gets in here and provides us an explaination, this is some serious sh*t, what have they been doing with our funds?
go fund me and kickstarter can ♥♥♥♥ off, im not investing if im not getting a stake, resets need 2 eat 2
and that post on bugbear was me :)
what post and yes even tho im 16 i would invest to some extend in the company, But do they want to open up to possible investors big and small?
if the bankruptcy is true its 2 late for that, the debt collector would raffel it off, kick starters and such are ok if people want their procucts cheap but 4 people that have more money than that they are a terrible idea because they dont usually offer hi investors a % stake in the company.
so list it on the stock market? and sell off some of its stocks ?it would get some cash flow into the business, im not too up on how to save a dying company as im only 16 lol
So what could happen in this case? Bugbear doesn't own the Flatout series, but they own the Romu engine, the current staff (under a limited contract), the website and, of course, Wreckfest. All of that can be sold to another company.
i wonder whats their priority, what will be sold first and what will be kept if anything
I don't know what to think of that. Apparently,
https://www.asiakastieto.fi/yritykset/bugbear-entertainment-oy/15867168/yleiskuva
the big number on that site (3 957 000) is supposed to be revenue.
Before mass panic happens, I suppose the developers should give a statement on that.
