The 4th Faction: Japan
If you've taken at least 1 lesson of WW2 In your history class then you know there are 4 main armys involved in the war. Germany, U.S, Soviet Union and... Japan.

I thought about this recently, And I was certain at 1 stage the Imperial Army (Japan) would have to be put into the game. Perhaps to give germany a break on having 2 enemys and give the U.S another enemy. Or maybe new content needed to be put in, or perhaps to balance out the game a bit more, Either way im positive that the next superpower in the world will not be forgotten.

It would probably have weapons like:
Type 100
Type 99
Arisaka
Nambu
Triple 25 Anti-Aircraft Gun
Type 97 Hand Grenade (Kiska)
Type 93 Flamethrower
Type 100 Flamethrower
Katana (To replace the shovel/Knifes)
Type 92 Heavy Machine Gun
Type 94 90 mm Infantry Mortar
Type 96 25 mm AT/AA Gun
200mm Coastal Gun
Model 94 Isuzu truck
Type 95 Scout Car
Type 97 Tank

If I do hear my theroy is correct, I'd be very happy!

Japan is good but its just not in WW2 theatre of Europe.

Japan is Pacific Theatre.

I would like the Italians or the British to be added.

Who said Japan had to be in the same war as Europe?

They could make a seperate war between America and Japan.
And Soviet Union vs Germany (America still being involved)

it may work, didnt a german unit make all the way to Vietnam or was it Korea? anyway, they moved officials somehow and traded stuff, submarine maybe

The axis planned on double siding Russia, but Ironically double sided themselves later in the war

Op, 200mm Coastal Gun? Mortar and Flamethrower? It might not work well in the communtiy

I guess start off with a type 38 rifle, (at private, the type 100 smg unlocks (they had other versions as well)) then move up to a type 99 rifle, and if they want sniper rifle , they keep progressing in the same class (They used Semi-Autos, but not large enough amounts)

The Commonwealth wasn't really one of the important roles of the war (This is coming from an Australian) It was mainly Aircraft battles, Boots on the ground every now and again and their is barley any tanks. Not enough content for the game to work with.

And yeah I agree, Italy is basically the same as Germany (Both part of the Axis Group). Wouldn't be that exciting.

Hmm.. Now that I think about it I should move that around a bit, but I'm too lazy to edit.

The Americans started in the war late if you did some research dumbass. The British and Soviets deserve the real credit.

USSR also fought Japan in WWII and yeah, I'd say them or Italy should be added as a playable faction next so that we'd have equal numbers for Axis and Allies members.

What ,commonwealth not important ur mad , the anzacs handed Japan its first land defeat of ww2 in PNG, and played a major part in defeating Rommel twice in north africa also the first land defeat of the axis forces in the african/european theater.
Rommel thought very highly of the anzacs much more than the Italians.

The next faction should be brittish/commonwealth which would be basically the same just with different skins that im sure Reto would be happy to sell nation specific outfits for gold.
Japan should be included as well, but Italy give me a break they were almost as bad as the french , most of them just shurgged and gave up, even the germans thought they were poo.

OP hand in your thongs and stubbie holder, wheres your bogan pride.

person non grata

Well, I agree with you here and I'm shocked that actually SOMEBODY Notices my countrys victory unlike America "Merica did all the work!". I'm flatterd.

Rephrasing... Maybe people wouldn't like to play as the commonwealth, If the commonwealth was added I would play the sh*t out em (Because I want to be respectful to my great uncle who died in WW2), Now if they added Japan in like a suggested I think more people would be interested and plus, Japan probably has easier content to put in. The british is a bit more complicated.
Nipah Apr 11, 2015 @ 9:06pm
Keep in mind I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate Japan, Its in my family to hate them and never ever give them any credit for anything. THIS POST IS JUST FOR THE COMMUNITY, If japan was added I'd never play them, but I'm sure more people would be interested in Japan than commonwealth. :(

I've always wanted to be a Japanese soldier.

Actually, Great Britain and its Commonwealth should have taken the place of the US in the first place. They had more direct involvement overall.

If you wanted to include japan in H&G, might as well add china, but just let it used borrowed guns and kungfu
Aerobix Apr 11, 2015 @ 10:07pm
And just add a minor axis countyr
