still doing the black screen......:(

I've never been able to play NZA because of that stupid black screen after the rebellion sign, but cince you guys sent the update 1.03 i've still have the black screen problem and i can't play..

my computer is
intel(R) core(TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB
SYSTEM TYPE: 64-Bit

when i start up the game it takes me back to the desktop and says Failed To Initialize D3D11; Error Code 1

Could you send a DxDiag to nza.support@rebellion.co.uk and give details about this issue. We will be able to help you further there!

AREX xMoDZx,

This error may be due to the fact that your game cannot detect DirectX 11 on your system, this could mean your running an operating system that isn't Windows Vista Service Pack 2 or up, your Graphics Card may not support DirectX 11 or you may not have DirectX 11 installed correctly(bad install). To insure your game works, make sure you have fully updated all of your drivers. (DirectX, Graphics and Sound).

If you are still having trouble after this, please contact nza.support@rebellion.co.uk with details of your problem.

I forgot to say that I am running on a windows 7 and i have directX 11 and i'm not sure about other drivers and all that jazz but i've also emailed my dxdiang file to you guys but i'll do it again just to make sure. OH and i might reinstall the game its self too. thanks you guys!

I do had this issues since the latest update! I got black screen however the mice still can move around and i can hear the audio when selecting the options.

I GOT IT WORKING! what it was was i was runnung on a graphics card that was unsuppoted
by the game. what i did was a replace my graphics card, a intel hd graphics family TO a intel hd ghaphics 3000 and it worked! hope this helped
