I hate to be That Guy but...
How many hours is this game likely to clock up? I realise it's meant to be replayed and that's fine with me but how organic is the adventure? If I restart and pick the same options do I get the same result? Will one different choice affect my game or does the player have to radically change their choices each game to get different events? Does the previous ending give any future benefit or is the text for the achievements just fluff?

It's really not a game to be judged on time. That's ... a whole different discussion entirely though, but at least at the base level it depends on if you want to see all the paths / adventures or just play through once, etc. I can play through it ONCE in less than an hour, but that's far from seeing everything. The adventures read rather nicely though, and are enjoyable.

At least, if it's working right. At the moment some people it works great, some - like me - have no randomization in their adventures so the replayability is wearing thin, to say the least. If it would randomize how it's supposed to, there are supposed to be a LOT of options, so it would be hard to get exactly the same adventures - thus story path - every time. There are choices that have chance to them, so it's possible that, for example, if you have 50% kindness, you might succeed the first time and not the second time, from my understanding.

Apparently the dissolving endings do not affect future games though, which I was disappointed about.
