Is This Game Worth Buying?

Iv Heard lots of bad things about this game but yet i still see alot of people playing it, is it really that bad or has it been improved since?

That video is from when the game first started, it has improved since.

Yeah that video is very old now and quite a bit is out of date, funny as hell though and I still watch it now and again to have a laugh.

If you're looking for the #1 game that'll increase your blood pressure and punch a hole through your monitor because of all the glitches, bugs and hours spent in vain. Not to mention the 1hr cooldown to continue playing if you die. Then this is a must to have.

Also the recent patch made this game unplayable, They reduced the ability to change certain aspects of your graphic settings. Also the game is not optimized so almost everyone gets 8-12 fps regardless of there hardware. Be warned as I wasted money on it

I get 30-35 fps with a radoen hd 6670/amd fx 8120. Recent patch did nothing toi effect my game play...

Don't waste your time man.
It's nothing but a money sink and worthless time sink filled with hopes and promises.
Check out my profile, I actually PUT TONS of hours into this game until I realized that it was all in vein.
They promised so many changes and did nothing.
HammerPoint is nothing more than a couple of people working from home now, they're not even a legit dev.

Trust me, stay away or prepare to get pinched for real life cash money after already buying the game and getting no content updates, etc.
Between paying for private servers, premium accounts, meds and ammo, armor, backpacks, etc etc etc etc etc etc that you'll eventually break down and get, there are people who get banned for either dumb things or simply because they found an exploit (and might have no even known it).
Pretty much this, ISS bans people than games that are 100x their size in populatiry.

But hey, if you're ever banned..don't worry they don't do it by IP, they'll just have you buy a new copy!
And don't forget, you can't go on their forums (sometimes even here) and speak your mind about the game, even if you use it in a constructive manner, or you will get banned, for GOOD.

These clowns don't like the truth getting out.

I guess last night someone from Anonynmous (spelling) called them out on something and pretty much gave them a certain amount of time to right their wrongs.
I heard about it on two different forums already...so I wouldn't be expecting this game to be around for much longer.

P.S. Spend your money on State Of Decay or DayZ instead man.
DayZ isn't exactly the most polished thing possible, but once you learn it's in's and outs, you'll be having a much better time without feeling cheated, than this scam of a game.

Dude if you buy your games based on what metacritic says than you are a fool. ISS can and is fun to play if your not bias to all the negative press it has gotten over that last year. But hey what do i know maybe i should better consult metacritic to see what game i should buy next.
