It's cheap
It CAN be fun if going around in groups griefing people is your thing.
It has voice chat
It can look nice if you have a very powerful machine.
It is very much an action based PVP shooter with zombies rather than zombie survival.
Will come back to this part as I'm having trouble thinking of more, I'm not a PVPér so there will be pros that people who pvp will think off.
Cons-
VERY dodgy developers who make promises on a regular basis they don't keep.
Plenty of bugs, Zombies teleporting, items falling through the world etc both of those seen on a stream in the last 3 days.
Hackers everywhere, including groups of hackers that go around killing people to take thier stuff to sell for real money on black market sites.
One small map, yes they keep saying there is a map called California that is four times bigger than the current map but in the last 6 months all that has been shown are half a dozen "screenshots" I use the term screenshot loosly as they have a history of manufactoring images. There is an updated version of the current map due to be release in April July September, soon
I could carry on with the con list but it would be too long and if not already I will be labelled a hater/troll so I'm sure other people will add to more.
On a final note as I mentioned quickly in the above post, if you like PVP give it a try as you can make a free trial account and decide for yourself, have a look at some youtube vids, go to the official forums etc. If you are more into PVE then it is probably not your cup of tea but again if you are unsure, give it a try.
And one final final note, if you do make an account with them, use an email and password that is not assoicated with anything else, the company has been hacked quite a few times and people details being taken.
Yes i do agree with you i will only play this game most of the time with a group of 3 to 4 people sometimes up to 30 and we go raid a server in clearview.
if you like PVE with a chance of PVP than this is your game im not saying that you wont get PVP because you a fair bit and whenever you do get into a gunfight or knife or whatever, it is really easy to win ill give you an example.
My friend who has been playing infestation for 2-3 years and is really good at PVP says i am better than him and ive played for not even one year.
i dont really have anything bad to say about this game apart from the hackers spawn areas and the fact that it is just a ♥♥♥♥ engine it might crash or kick you from servers randomly.
but if you are looking for a game with zombie killing, looting, human killing (sometimes) and survivability than this is the perfect game for you.
I just found a hedge trimmer (shear), first time i see this since few months i am playing !
With that and the nail gun, what ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.i.n.g. zombie carnage !
He also said they were nearly done and he was playing on them back in November....
Your friend must be good to play a game before it's release.
Yes this game has only been out for about a year LOL nice try man.....
