I recently adiquiri an account on Infestation, by an intermediary sales GAMEKEY.COM.BR

I provided a link for activation ...

I created the account on steam, loguei ...

went and activated the link GAMEKEY.COM.BR, so that once you have downloaded the entire game, I try to log in, instead of opening the game automatically, it opens the shortcut and asks User email and password.

how can'm already logged in STEAM ..............


Infestation cost me R $ 85.00 .. the bill's most expensive game ..

and I can not log in?

Why is that?

This seem's all shady to me. Why would you buy this from a 3rd part web site. Why would you pay 85$? That't suspiciusly much.
First glanse at this: you got scammed.

But okey you activivated trough steam. My experience tells me you should try restart steam and start the game trough steam. As steam player the game should log you in automatically.

But here's a question! Do you see you're mail adress when you start the game trough steam ?

Yeah i'm guessing scam.
I never understood why people buy games from these random super shady 3rd party sites at all.
Also, what I think he is saying is that he is logged into Steam and when he goes to log into the game he needs to log in again (into the actual Infestation client).
I can barely understand what this person is even saying, it looks like the cookie monster was just mashing on his keys screaming "OM NOM" over and over.

But yeah, poster, you need to create an account through Infestation and put your serial key in there.
This way you can log in after you launch the game on Steam.
Putting the serial key in steam, just gives you access to the game (you own it) but in order to log in and play online, you need to create a Infestation account too, there should be an option somewhere on the thing that pops up after you launch the game asking you to log in.

It's really not rocket science at all. Trust me. There are some pretty dumb people that bypassed this with ease.

You need to register for an account on infestation. Steam is not connected to infestation survivor stories, so being logged in on steam wont magically log you in on I:SS. They are completely different accounts.

Secondly, why on earth did you pay 85$? I'm amazed you even got a CD key, because it's obviously a scam. You can purchase this game for 15$ on steam, and it's gone on sale for less than 4$.

You cannot register this game on steam, they do not provide Steam cd keys for ISS anymore as of last month, you can still add it to your steam as a non steam game, so you can use the overlay still

You need to create an account on ISS that then will link up with your steamaccount or so i think. But why use a thirdparty for buying the game then use steam to play it on??? And if you payed 85 BRL then you been screwed the game costs here in europe 14.99 euro and you payed 28.07 euros, you would only have ended up paying 45.42 BRL if you would have bought it on steam.
