Banned without explanation?

Haven't played War Z in a few weeks, and having my nephew visit he wanted to play with me. Upon logging in I got a perm ban message, and neither War Z support nor Steam has messaged me back. Its been well over a week now.

Anyone else get a ban for no reason lately?

Also, what should I do?

The only programs I run in the background are Raptr, Steam, Skype, Malwarebytes sometimes, and the razer comms/razer driver software.

Its also too late for me to reverse the payment on my debit card

Same thing happened to me. Didn't play for a few months, tried logging and got the perma ban message. I've had 2 tickets open now, one for a week, the other for 4 days. No response on either. I really would like to play with some of my friends since they're getting back into Warz, but I'm iffy about it with this ♥♥♥♥ and other past hiccups from the devs.

As long as your not spamming them on here, feel free to spam their support, but nothing will happen, and unfortunately you will not be unbanned no matter what, its how they roll, take your loss and just don't re-buy the game

I've been banned before, and got unbanned and a free key for a friend of mine. This was right around after beta, into full launch however.

yup i just tryed to log in just now and it said permenantly banned and i never had a history of doing anything on anything to get banned at all, and i havent even been on the game for months.
