Banned WHILE ON VACCATION? PC shut down for two weeks, but magically i got banned.

I have been on vaccation for two whole weeks, and i played a week before i left, NO HACKS, NO MODS, NO INJECTIONS. Came back after two weeks, turn on my computer and my account has been banned. How is this possible?. Are they banning normal players to get them to buy a new copy? It is time for legal action against this bogus company. They steal unpunished and untouched!

It's expected. You purchased a game from a company that has absolutely no morals whatsoever. You're not the first person to be banned for no reason, and you certainly won't be the last. Contact Valve about a refund, but don't hope on it.

you cant get a refund since you have played it and got banned. also there are many people saying they need to take legal action well they dont do it and i doubt you will either

please post the message that your getting

and please post of any prior messages, warnings, crashes, kicks, or other issues that we happening befor you were banned for example pb unable to connect to servers or pb unable to update definitions or perhaps multiple accounts running game, etc

hey doctor i always get kicked for disallowed program or driver. and it happen when i minimize my game to answer a call on skype or to get on ts3. then after that i have to restart my game or it kicks me over and over again with only saying disconnected from server

3/ If after 30 days of an informal dispute you can proceed to part B of section 15 in the EULA, this covers BINDING arbitration. It also says in that part that if the arbitrator (a specific organization is quoted as the one to use) deems that the cost of you taking part in the mediation is excessive then OP Productions are obligated to pay 100% of the fees and expenses, It is likely that flying to California would be deemed excessive, so win win for you if HP dont unban you during the 'informal dispute'


NOTE : IF you follow step 2 and 3, this gives you the right to sue them in court for your money back etc etc, My laywer is the one who told me to follow these steps after he read the EULA when I wanted to sue them.

each time they kick you ff/pb is flagging you. get flagged enough times you will most likely end up banned

try verify game cache

also get/run pbsvc.exe

so what is the violation number

so look at pb logs

he was not banned in a ban wave. i was playing with him for about 2 hours and no bans came up and i was following right behind him and all of a sudden he exploded and his gear dropped and i looked at chat and he was the first banned person in about 2 hours.
