15. Dispute Resolution.
a. Informal Negotiations. To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy or claim related to this Agreement ("Dispute"), You and OP Productions agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least 30 days before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding. Such informal negotiations shall commence upon written notice from one party to the other. OP Productions will send its notice to Your billing address and email You a copy to the email address You have provided to us. You will send Your notice to OP Productions, OP Productions LLC., c/o The Corporation Trust Company, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA.
3/ If after 30 days of an informal dispute you can proceed to part B of section 15 in the EULA, this covers BINDING arbitration. It also says in that part that if the arbitrator (a specific organization is quoted as the one to use) deems that the cost of you taking part in the mediation is excessive then OP Productions are obligated to pay 100% of the fees and expenses, It is likely that flying to California would be deemed excessive, so win win for you if HP dont unban you during the 'informal dispute'
NOTE : IF you follow step 2 and 3, this gives you the right to sue them in court for your money back etc etc, My laywer is the one who told me to follow these steps after he read the EULA when I wanted to sue them.
each time they kick you ff/pb is flagging you. get flagged enough times you will most likely end up banned

he posts the same exact response to everyone. nothing will help you when you get banned from this game, they ban you for nothing. afk for a week? banned. alt tabbed one too many times? banned.
he was obviously banned in one of thier ban waves, where a majority of those people were all automatically unbanned. those don't really count, because all they did was automatically unban anyome banned for a specific reason. it had nothing to do with him putting a support ticket in
