I want my money back

Alright, so I bought and downloaded the game last night and that was where my problems started. First off, the game began to act as though it was too intense for my system on the lowest settings, but I've played better, more demanding games on better settings. Secondly, I actively played the game for 5 minutes before getting disconnected from the server with a notice saying my account had been banned. I didn't think much of it and thought it was a bug. I decided to take a rest, then woke up this morning, tried to play and to my surprise my account is apparently permanently banned. I think this is utter bull and I really want my money back.

If I can't get my money back, then I want something for what I've put up with. I'm sorry, but I think it's sorry that I play a game for a few minutes after just buying it and now I can't play it anymore because I'm banned for no reason!

banned for no reason?! rly.. i play this game over 6 months no ban ..u 5 minutes and u r banned wtf

Post on their forums saying that you've been banned, if they don't respond to you, you can try and get a refund but unless you paid with Paypal I doubt you'll get one. That's what I did anyway.

I put in a ticket to Steam about the purchase, so I'll see what happens there. I'm going to also try my luck on the game forum about removing the ban. Hopefully something gets done so I can put this issue behind me.
