cheating and hacking will 'never' be taken care of in War Z...they just dont know how.
It happened on me the last time that I played the game about a month and half, two month's ago. When I logged in, global chat was just all bot's advertising a site for gear and gold, it killed chat and was damned annoying with no form of blocking them.
