the format is messed up i try to launch the launcher it works fine when i enter serial key it says plesae enter in this format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx or xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

Theolaf i played it before my friend gave me trial keys it worked fine on my account but now he gives me full game key i log into my account it says plesae enter a new key this key is ran out of time blah blah blah. when i enter it says please enter serial key in this format

Hmm. I dont know, there are a few WarZ based registry viruses out there designed to mess with keys.
I would try uninsralling- and creating a new account.
