It's because the admins from "The Fail Z" forums are a group of corrupt people. They don't like people telling everyone the truth about them. So they ban people. However they are also stupid so they ban everyone indiscriminately.

put a support ticket into them cant link the location but check the forum when it gets back up, if you didnt hack then there should be no issues with getting your account unbanned. windows 8 has nothing to do with it, im running windows 8 and have done for the past 2 weeks, no ban for me.
