There are numerous songs with similar beats... its the melody and tone of the music that matters. for instance, take any song from the house genre, and compare it to another song of the same genre... same beat, different melody. Your points are invalid.

I am a composer and sound engineer living in LA. I have worked on films... i don't see how these are the same at all. If you know how this was composed, you would understand. I have nothing but terrible things to say about the devs, but I don't think they stole the song.

These are all made with either Omnisphere or Massive or some Kontakt library. You press 1 key and makes those noises. I know we all hate Sergey and Arktos and Hammer, but this is reaching
