I've managed about 5 refunds so far.

This is a special case though, even if the one refund rule were true.

Like I have said elsewhere, if you bought by credit or debit card, you call up your card issuer and ask for an indemnity claim on the payment. And they will refund you there and then and they will seek to get the refund from who ever you paid it to, in this case Valve if you bought from Steam.

Just a word of caution, if you cancel your credit card payment, Valve reserves the right to permanently terminate your account.

Not from an Indemnity they can't, as they have no basis to cancel you account. That would just open up doors for a counter law suit.

took me 48 hours theres a large amount requesting refunds i take it. to get a refund contact support and ask if you can get a refund

Yes they can, read the terms of service and you'll realize it's written in a way which lets them ban you for anything they want.
