Crash

I have installed the game and when the updater should start it just crashes and says " Application crashed. please send C:users\zytene\documents\arktos\warZ\minidump.dmp' and r3dLog.txt (In install folder of the game)to [e-mail] along with description of what you were doing at the time of crash. Thank you and sorry for inconvenience. "

hm okay :(, i've bought the game 2 times and still not working, on steam and on the homepage, noone knows how to solve this problem :S

1) Why would you buy it 2 times if it didnt work on the first one? 2) check the log files it refers to to see why its crashing....

verify game cache

post details about your hardware (cpu, gpu, memory) and os (windows version n if 32/64 bits)

make sure windows, drivers, c/c++ runtime, .net runtime, directx runtime, etc are all updated

When I try to play the game doesn't show the scenary like trees, flor, walls, not even myself...
Everything gets sort of a ghost and if I look to the floor I see the sky... Please, if you can't help me here, or not even in this discussion give me the right way!

so you have not posted details about your hardware (cpu, gpu, memory) and os (windows version n if 32/64 bits)

also try resetting video driver settings, make sure aa is set to application.
