I WANT A REFUND - This GAME IS a LIE

Just an FYI for anyone looking to buy this game, it is filled with hackers and a dev team who does not care that there are hackers. They openly run wild on the servers, there are coulntless videos of them on the forums, as requested by the dev team, who does not ban them. You are asked to buy gold coins(GC), an in game curency, to purchase upgrades and rare items and then you lose the items freely to hackers or one of several game glitches like random fall damage (or random disconnects on the game due to poor serverside hardware or 'hotfixes' as they are called).

If/when you open a customer server ticket to report these problems and request a refund of the items or money lost from gold coins, you are given a carbon copy reply that everyone gets regardless of their issue that basically says too bad for you.

I do not know if refunds are still available from steam but I will be requesting one. Regardless this is a warning from someone who has seen firsthand the lies and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from this games developers and customer non-service.. (yes steam actually pulled this game off of their list at one point due to the outcry from gamers about the unethical business practices of the company the develops this game)

BTW, punkbuster wont save this game.

I agree with you, the hackers are a problem, but that alone won't make you eligible to a refund.

Actually it does, if they can't keep activity that degrades the game others pay for then they should not have to pay for it, we don't pay for hackers.

I dont care if its eligible or not, im not playing regardless. This game is horrible for countless reasons and if i can save one person from wasting their time and money on it i will. My biggest regret is that i didnt but arma 2 when it was on sale so i can play DayZ.

DayZ is as bad as WarZ, trust me. I dropped 30 on amra 2 for the DayZ mod and It's pretty trash. Here's hopin the stand alone game will be amazing.

One more thing. I heard rumors that HammerPoint will be incorperating PunkBuster. that should drop most hackers. (hopefully)

All items in the can be found out and around. You can't buy guns with GC but you can buy melee weapons. Once agian all Items are findable, GC is simply a means of getting some things faster, but its not required in the slightest.

Hackers or just better players then you? this isn't a game where everything is handed to you and everything in the stores you can find in the bigger city's. and i get free gc all the time from the game with out buying it so quit your crying

I had like 1300 GC given to me. I finally decided to use some of it. All my characters now have katanas and silenced handguns. :) Oh and large backpacks. GC isn't going to use it's self.

obviously the people here who deny hackers either never played, ar hackers them selves or work for hammerpoint. jsut go look on the warZ hacker forums of all the VIDEOs of hackers. So scarface got ♥♥♥♥ yourself noob, hackers do exist in the game and do so freely, which are you? hacker noob or HP employee? haha what a dbag, nice try.

yeah the rating wasnt up when it was reintroduced in January. neither was the fact that their anticheat wasnt anticheat.

whatever dude, warZ is garbage, filled with hacks and glitches and HP scams money from people. I just put in a ticket about the servers randomly disconnecting me twice within 3 minutes (known issue) and i was told too bad go find more stuff lol they dont care that they provide crap service.
