I fixed this!!!!!!!!!! It is a problem with Amd Radeon cards, fix with these steps.
Step 1: Open catalyst control center
Step 2: Go into image quality
Step 3: Open Anti-Aliasing and choose "Use aplication settings"
Step 4: Open Anistropic filtering and choose "Use aplication settings"
After this it should be fixed
