you mean you "tell" people to act that way.... there is NO WAY you can enforce pve over pvp in War Z....nada...zilch.
even if you kick a player that is pvping, they can jsut log back in, ther is no admin control for the servers to speak of at all.... the only way you can keep people from loggin in again is to constantly change the password.
you may have a few friends in a passworded server who play nice, but ultimately they can still kill each other, therefore....PvE doesnt exist, except for a player agreement that can be broken at any time at a whim.
