same here, and many many players too, you can't do anything, support doesnt respond and these kind of threads about bans are deleted on offical forum.

i spend 1000 hours in game and have all character with all skills, 100 magazunes to m107- buy for real money (GC in marketplace and pay for 6 months for private server)... and many other stuff... and i shoud buy new account? one way is publicize the case in the media industry.

need to write a complaint to the steam too. i have 10 years account on steam and never get ban.

honestly go and find 30$ and buy Nether the game sounds good and the graphics are better than WarZ. The game is Alpha but in Halloween they will be do a open beta. I have been banned too without reason and Im waiting for a answer like 5 month or more and nothing.

I wouldn't touch Nether, OP productions, (aka Sergay) has his hands in that game, so I'd stay clear.. its similar to warz in everyway minus graphics, how is it a survival when you can buy your ammo and med kits with real money, they also have a GI, market, 2 types of currency (real money and ingame money) the character select screen is also similar, etc. etc... you get my point
