i got banned permantly??

It happens, happened to me a few months back played for 950hrs legit and then randomly banned lost 16605gc, my private server, my clan, all the lock boxes, 5 fully unlocked skill trees and thousands of items in my global. Took me weeks to get a reply and let's just say they didn't help me too much. Noway in hell I would risked hacking when I had so much and my account neve rgot hacked because I didn;t notice anything missing so there's a flaw in their fair fight or punkbuster system as it seems to be happening to alot of people over the months.

same like 15 minutes ago, it transported me to the top of a mountain and banned me

I'm just gonna be that guy... in the Terms and Agreements, it actually says something along "you fully understand at anytime of any given day, you can be banned for little to permantly for reasons or none at all."

I don't know if it's PunkBuster related but I still get kicked after 10 or so minutes every time I play. I've read so many forum threads on how to fix it, still doesn't work.
