How to connect warz account with stream account

i register warz trial account with the same email with stream after that i buy warz when i lunch the game i login with warz account but it trial i try to upgrate trial account but it ask me for cd key but i dont have it i try agin to register warz account but it tell me thai this mail has been use

when you click play through stream to launch the launcher it has two options login or register hit the register that will link the game to your stream acct

you cant use that email you have to make a new one sorry

you cant connect an existing hammerpoint account with your steam purchase

you have to register a new email address and link to a new hammerpoint account

so my choice is only create new email? is there other choice like check cd key from stream
but it not show in option menu
