Nether may not be produced by HP. But both are use the same attorney, which is so much of a coincidence, it isn't funny. Why is that? Well the Nether team are based in Chicago, but their attorney is based in LA. It's quite an odd way to go just to get an attorney in my opinion.
Not to mention that, when asked, Nether hasn't denied being tied to OP Productions. They merely avoid the question by saying "We are not associated with HammerPoint Interactive or Infestation: Survivor Stories".
