Is this worth it?

With all the updates and twiks... is iit worth it? or should I stay with dayz for now? What is diferent... What sets it apart from dayz?

Infestation is a bad game all in all. only thing that sets it apart is the zombie and weapon mechanics are smoother.

so infestation is gonna PISS u off at first like...a lot, but over time as u get better and learn from your mistakes (ur gonna die a lot and u might rage quit)

It's good but it has a learning curve. It gets a lot of hate but all in all it's passable. There is an element of gameplay value but you'll see that the company is very motivated by money. (for example, the hacking issue. I have yet to come across a hacker but I don't play on the high pop servers)

I have had fun and reluctantly admit that I've gotten my moneys worth.

This game is not worth $15. First you pay that amount and then if you want better gear you'll have to buy in game currency because there is not allot of loot. The game mechanics have improve allot since last time I played it which was about a year ago. But still I feel the game is not worth the money. The DayZ mod is better IMO.

personally yes its worth it, loads of fun.

plays, runs, looks, and sounds great, ive not had any problems with it in over 8 months.

just look at all the work theyve doing and done in over the last 12 months

the game mechanics / engine is better, it plays like more of a regular video game. dayz is clunky, jerky, laggy, glitchy, buggy mess that can never be fixed caused its built on 13+ yr old military simulator.

also its has much lower price than dayz. once u buy the game there is no need to buy anything more. everything u can easily loot or get in the marketplace for ingame dollars which you easily get just by killing zombies, so there is no need to spend a penny more.

just check out one of the wikis for which loot is best, where to find it, ect...

The game (when working flawlessly) is awesome! However, that's only about 5% of your experience. So, I would say NO, DO NOT PURCHASE. Please do not support these devs, they have the worst support/maintenance I have ever seen in a game.

Ha yeah, I loved that video. He got it pulled due to "copyright" claims after that though. I downloaded and saved it since then to keep it from vanishing. Funny how only critical videos get pulled for 'copyright' by these liars.

You do not have to spend any $$ in game.... ppl get mad when they do spend $$ thinking it will give them some advantage and they get shot and lose stuff. game is hard to play at first, but it is well worth $15...
