Got Banned for no reason.

I just got bannd for 2880 minutes for reason.

that is just not the case you got banned based on your post by punkbuster

that is who bans for 2880 minutes

since you did not post the violation number (which by the reason you were given why you were banned) we cannot say

but what i can say is punkbuster bans for hacking

if you have problem with punkbuster banning you for punkbuster posting here will not help. these are not official forums.

also hammerppoint nor the game had anything to do with it

punkbuster is completely indendent of the game and of hammerpoint. its a company called evenbalance the licenses and administers punkbuster anticheat.

also there is nothing hammerpoint can do to unban you since they do not administer punkbuster...

so you need to contact evenbalance and work it out with them

but i can tell you punkbuster will not unban you.

the only question you have at this point is how bad did punkbuster ban you

did they just ban you from this game or from every punkbuster protected game out there every created and ever to be created in the future.

so you need to contact evenbalance the people who created and administer pb anticheat and find out how bad the ban is

he cant pb will just ban his new account... his box is not clean if pb banned him... someone one it triggered pb...

he needs to contact evenbalance and try to work it out with them and see how bad he was banned.

he may very well be banned from every pb game out there

and which case buying a new copy or any other pb game is of no use since all that will happen is as soon as he plays it he will be flagged to be randomly banned at a later time

and he will end up losing his money

pb / ff is not like vac/be that you can just go out and buy a new license

they using hardware signature. so depending on how bad they ban you. whether u r repeat offender, ect.. u can end up in a world of hurt having to buy a new computer and changing even your ip address

so he should not ignore it and contact evenbalance immediately, like everybody else that got banned by punkbuster

and see just how bad it is... before trying to play / buy any other pb game...

2880 minutes basically is pb way of saying perm ban

so honestly he has to contact evenbalance and work it out with them

cause if he keeps trying to play the game and not resolve it first and not clean his box all that will happen is pb is flagging them and it will honestly just make it worse.

pb violation isn't something that he can just ignore...

At first, i NEVER used cheats, hacks or whatever!
Second, i got banned on one on the PTE servers while trying to get into a car for the 4th time.
And third stop calling other people you dont know a hacker or something like that.

And finally i wont do anything, it was not my fault.
If PB thinks its okay to ban random players and let all the hacks roam, fine.
I stop playing this game untill they fix it, so i guess i wont be playing it again.

also that is not at all how pb works

pb looks for hacks that you have installed, running, ect...

it dont care that you are pte server and trying to get into a car for the 4th time. it dont look there.

and you would not know why you got banned by any anticheat. cause when they ban you is not when you got flagged to be banned. they all do delayed bans. so you getting in some some car for the 4th time is just when they scheduled you to be banned and it so happened that you were trying to get in a car for the 4th time. but it has nothing to do with why and when and for what u got banned..

so there is no fix, since there is no bug. its just how anticheat systems work, vac would have done the same thing...

and the reason for contacting evenbalance is not because you care or not about pb or this game, it's to see how badly they banned you. cause depending on how severe it is they may have banned your computer components from any game that pb protects. so if they did do that then buying pb games in the future to play on the computer u got banned on is a complete waste of money cause all that will happen is you will be banned from them too...

the violation number which you have not bother posting will give you some clue.. so i suggest you contact evenbalance and find out how bad it is

anyways you do what you want , i honestly dont care. uve posted asking for help and i responded to your post. now you show up a month later complaining about it. and not doing anything i said u needed to do and not providing even violation number and posting stuff that has nothing to do with it like that going to do any good...

Yeah i did not contact them and neither did they contact me.
It was clearly their fault, so its their job to make things right.

Where do i get this number you are talking about?
Not that i care but i just want to know for what reason i got banned.
Im 100% sure i never used hackes, gliches, or anything like that.

evenbalance the people who do punkbuster have nothing to do with this game and do not have any idea who you are.

they simply create, license and administer punkbuster. pb is something running on y our computer looking for hacks. think of it like antivirus software, but for hacks.

it has nothing to do with glitching, ect...

it looks on your machine whats on harddrive, what is in memory, what is running, what is in registery, ect... so something on your box had to trigger it.

the number is displayed along with the message. just post a screenshot...

if u cant find the number post the message that you get that says uve been banned for 2880 minutes.

it should also give u the violation. or run the game that should give it. but keep in mind each time u trigger it u r being flagged.

I dont have the number or a screenshot of the massage.
The only things that are in the log file are "Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrB.exe heartbeats stopped".
I used the pbsvc.exe to do the Services Test and it was successfully without any errors.
I added ISS to the PBSetup.exe and did the update thing but everything is fine.

There is no violation. This alone proves that PB made a mistake and banned me for no reason.

which sounds like firewall or internet or dns problem since pb service must talk to pb...
