What does the signs at the side of the hunger bar mean?

There are 5 signs at the side of the hunger bar, which apparently look like sickness, and I just got the first one that looks like drops of water, I would say it was dehidratation but my thirst bar is already full, please help

Its drops of blood not water.

Yeah like snakeyes says its your blood you need to bandage your self to stop the bleeding effect.

One's infection where you need a vac shot to cure it then the blood one like we said and the others i don't think they applied to the game yet another half finshed thing in the game.

Yup only bleeding and infectionlvl are in the game atm, have no clue if they will add the other ones aswell but hey they might Elvis hasent left the building yet ;) But personally i think they should remove the ones not active atm anyway and while they are at it remove the skilltree for good and let everyone be one the same "lvl" only gear and skill should determin who comes out victorious from a gunfight and not who has been farming the largest amount of zombies.

Yeah I like the game but it really needs better devs, they are one of the most careless I have ever seen, but the problem I find is to get friends for a group who doesn't want your loot, a shame my friends don't got this game :S
