One of the boons of Early Access - especially for a small developer like us - is having a large player base to help find bugs for us to squash. Found a bug? Here's how you report it.

We'll need your system details.
Please list the following:

• Desktop or Laptop - If you have a particular model laptop, please give us the model.

• Revision - Game version. You'll find this on the NNG title screen next to the copyright info.

Description
Finally, we'll need a description of the bug you've encountered. Please be descriptive as possible. Here are some things to remember when reporting.

• What type of bug is it? Crash? UI? Control? Graphics?
  
• When did you encounter the bug?
  
• Can you reproduce the bug?
  
• Description of bug with screenshots, if possible.

We don't have crash logging implemented yet, so all of this information is extremely helpful when trying to fix issues.

On windows 7, dell, the game displays the icon, then goes blank,if I click, it encounters an error and closes, tried restarting and reinstalling.

The problems im having is that when I at the main menu I try to go to options but the only thing that's working is that Enter key I cant select any other options other than "1 player" and tutorial.

The other problem I have is when im in the game itself playing it drops me down to 15fps which is very unresponsive.

Issue is: I start the game and it looks like the wrong resolution. Everything is in the bottom right corner of the screen. When the menu loads all i can see is 1 player and 2 player. I guessed and found that the option below 2 player is options. I opened it and it says its at the correct resolution. If i select 1 player the game loads but it is also all shifted strangely on the screen. I tried deleting the local files and reinstalling the game and it does the same thing.

I am also having the same issue as Paul leap frog
What type of bug is it? Crash.
When did you encounter the bug? right when i click on play it shows the first logo than black screen. i click on the screen and it boots me.
Can you reproduce the bug? everytime, i've restarted the laptop, waited a awhile, etc. same problem cant even get past the main Q logo.
I have a screen shot of the windows popup but dont know how to send it to you.

Hey Paul, what problem do you have exactly, the game is usually playable with both mouse and keyboard. Do you still have problem starting the game? Please tell us what is going on so we can fix it ASAP.

We'll need a little bit more info so we can properly log your problem. It sounds like there might be a compatibility issue with the GPU.

Since this is an Early Access title, there are many optimization and compatibility issues that come from it being a PC title. There's only one programmer on our team, so most of those issues have been for when most of the high priority tasks (like finishing content, campaign, etc.) are finished.

Then send us the content of the System and Display page.
