How to fix the Startup error at Sacred 2 Gold

Hi, yesterday I bought Sacred 2 Gold from the Humble Bundle Pack Deep Silver, and when i install all it says Startup error ... Please help me

I tried to update the RAM limit with the 4Gb extender but the game simply did'nt even launch after that.

But it starts and after the announcements of Nvidia and all sponsors it says the Game client has stopped working

I am having the same issue after buying the bundle. Been trying to get this to run since yesterday. I ran into the phy dll error so uninstalled and deleted the out of date one from the sacred file and uploaded the nvidia up to date one. It is just because u need this Nvidia PhysX Drivers 9.10.0513

Everything said on all forums and google search did nothing for me.
Here is most simple solution that worked.

Uninstall PhysX.
Go to Driver steam is installed to > Steam > steamapps > common > Sacred 2 Gold > redist > PhysX
Run PhyX application within the folder to install PhysX.

This will install the PhysX version that Sacred 2 need to run properly. Until Nvidia and game maker come to some agreement to get this fix going, Sacred 2 will not allow any other version of PhysX to work with the game.
