The Stuttering Issue! (Half-♥♥♥♥♥ Video Analysis Inside) EDIT: FIXED
A few threads on the issue but they all seem to be a bit of a mess.

I have provided a small video of the issue. It's not great but It shows the problem as it happens.
To save me writing most of the text here... I just put it in the video.

To clear one thing up.. it's not an AMD only processor problem as I have an Intel i5 Ivy Bridge.
Also not an AMD only graphics card problem as I put an older Nvidia card in my pc and still had the issue. Locked 30fps or 60fp doesn't make a difference, it still happens.
My HD 7950 should make mince meat of this game. I'm starting to think it's a loading/streaming issue. Tried on my solid state drive and normal 7200rpm sata. No change.

Watch, discuss, or as you were :)

P.S. Please fix this crap!

This should now be fixed. AMD's driver team was able to identify the root cause of the micro-stutter and has addressed it via Catalyst 13.8 beta driver[support.amd.com].

Anyone without a i5 / amd cpu have this stuttering? Have another machine you could possibly try it on?

I'm dealing with stuttering as well, it really needs to be fixed.

alright, looks like I'm not the only one with that issue. The game is constantly loading areas before I even get to the next door. And just like the video, there is always SERIOUS lag on the FIRST SHOT you take. dont even think about using a grenade before taking a shot, because that will lag the game for a full 2 seconds!

I get a tiny bit of stutter when going through doors...also it lags especially in the "obvious loading pens" like on the ship between the double doors.

My rig should not be lagging like that for sure however it is no real problem and maybe it lasts 0.5 seconds when it happens.

i7 4.2GHz, 7950's in Crossfire and 8GB 2133Mhz+

Oh and I have steam on a totally dedicated HDD, nothing but steam...so that rules out any conflicts for you all.

I noticed this when trying out the demo, didn't cause too much of an issue but it certainly is a big annoyance. Hope those that worked on the PC version will fix and have some sort of update to it and not leave PC players in the dust.

Given how on the ball they've been with the mouse issues, I'm sure they're aware of it.

Depending on how many of us pc version owners are having the problem, I can't help but have doubt that they will patch many things but this issue. I have finished the main game now and I was able to deal with it, but just can't for raid mode. Raid needs to be fluid as possible for me to enjoy it.

Well i dont have this Problem ,im recording hours of Gameplay for my Review Cut with Fraps i would have noticed when this would happened.
I have Amd Fx 8120,Radeon7850,CorsairDDR3 8gb,SB X-Fi,newest drivers.

It seems to be a problem with Loading or Preloading of the Area i think. How many Rams and what type of DDR you (the other people) have??? Is your HDD heavy fragmented?
In other Games stuttering is most times related to memory

i5, 7970. No stutter.

I am also experiencing this problem. I'm running on AMD Radeon if that might have anything to do with it.

Same problem on my laptop (i7, 8gb, 540M, Win7x64). Destroys atmosphere completely.

Got the stutter too. Stationary PC, i5 2500k, 8gb ram, HD 7970 ghz edition. Happens every time I go through a door, or walk around a corner. It's hugely annoying as it makes my mouse spazz out every time aswell.
