[SOLVED] Blank Note Bug! Please Help

For some reason, the blank note never spawned and I don't know the code for Section C.
Please can someone tell me the code.
I tried 1371 and it didn't work.

The code won't open the door unless you have the note. I would double check the locker that the note spawns in, and then if that fails try reloading an old save.
