The RS1 DLC does not show up in the Steam store under RS2014 but it does show up in the in game store and in the song lists.
Also they say they are working on a fix so that you don't even have to own RS1 in order to buy/use RS1 DLC in RS2014. I've not heard they have fixed it yet though.
And finally, the import tool is needed ONLY for importing songs from the RS1 disc. It has nothing to do with DLC.
Then I'm going to wait a few days and get the DLC from Rocksmith 1 if there is no hot-fix for Rocksmith 2014 at that time. I guess they wouldn't lower the DLC prices once they become available in the Rocksmith 2014 DLC store, right? Or would they...?
