Introduce some Hardcore mode options
I think developers can add some statistics to dead hardcore character. Gameplay time, killed by, etc. Mb gravestone with dates or just show detailed statistics page from character window.

Also i dont understand price of spirit guide - its too low (25-25-25... ?), especially for HC mode. Yes, im understand, its probably just for beta test and we must try all skills/build variations for balancing, etc. But final version must change this price to TQ style (as i remember, it was doubled for each point, like 25-50-100-200-400 etc.), or different, but wtih much higher price.
IMO GD is build based game, and free respec skills destroy one of main gameplay feature.

For the spirit guide, the first few points only cost 25, then it starts to scale.
Other people think that the Spirit guide is too expensive, so for the "vanilla" game, I believe the current settings is fairly balanced.

We will probably get mods that makes adjustments to the price, so that people can choose how much/little they want to spend.

As for Hardcore statistics, yeah, that would be cool to have at some point. Would be cool if the gravestones were actually represented in game at some cemetery. "here lies ______. Died ______ encountering ______"

Probably prices between soft and hard must be different, my friend couple days ago respec more than 20 points without any price changes. This is very strange, or just bug. Its very bad trend from Diablo3, then you can easy change your build for free.

Wow, congratulations! One of the few posts, I think, I have ever seen with someone mostly against respecs or easy respecs?!

I almost never do any respecs so I'm actually along your line of thinking.
I think respecs should come from an Item drop from a tough boss. I'm against having no respecs but it shouldn't be something that's easily available.

They may change it by release.. Initially it was more expensive (or became more expensive the more you respecced) to respec but for the purposes of early access they toned it down. They did the same thing with game difficulty. It was harder, alot harder, and they toned it back from complaints to make it easier for early access and for people to get on with the game to start giving feedback. Something they've said will be changed by release. How much of a change remains to be seen but I doubt they want Normal difficulty to be overly hard.
