When I activate three skills and use controller mode, they get deactivated after some time. Why?

Did you run out of mana or fight Loxmere Nightmare? IE have you made sure this is related to controller mode, not something in-game?

Once I ran out of mana. Could it be the reason?

Skills with a per second energy cost will shut off if you don't have the energy to pay the cost. It might take a while for you to hit 0 energy at the same time as the skill needs the cost paid, but it will happen if you run empty often enough. Skills that don't demand energy per second don't do this IIRC. Try bumping up your energy regen (or if you use a high-cost skill like Albrecht's Aether Ray, reducing your skill costs) and see if it happens again without running out of energy.

And Loxmere Nightmare will **** your junk up. He's kind of an a******.
