User name change

I want to change my display name in game, but asking only gets me troll comments. How do I do this?

It's the same as your Display name for Steam. Simply go to your profile page and change that. Note that this will change it for all games you play on Steam that doesn't use a separate account

Usually has to do with a strange character in your Steam Profile name.

The game can't read certain things in-game, so you'll have to change it to something a bit more simple.
Say, try removing the ū in your name. That'll probably help.

In console type: setname NEWNAMEHERE
