Hope that works!
If it's still slow, go to step 3 and scroll all the way down to turn off the Vertical sync.
If it's STILL slow, just lower the resolution to whatever fits your performance.
TL;DR (those of you who know how to work the computer):
1. Open NVIDIA control panel
2. Choose UDK.exe
3. Change the graphics card to NVIDIA

I can't find where it is in the nvidia control panel. I went to add -> steam -> games and it isn't there. No games are listened there.
Help!
just look for the file named UDK.exe
