High Ping Problem

Hi,

A friend and I were trying to play and he had a problem with his ping (around 500 ping), and we don't know why. It's not his connection, because he can play online on other game without any problem (usually, I'm the one lagging and all.)

Most weirdly, he was having a better ping on a US Central Server than a Toronto (we're both in a eastern Canadian city.)

Do someone know how to take care of that?

I've red the latency section, and other than the not use Wi-Fi, I'm not sure there's anything else he can do. I'll cross my finger that he has what he needs in this guide anyway. ^^

His 400, mine is usually around 40 I think? I'll have to test when I have an acceptable connection at hand.
