A few well placed bribe and some connections should give us temporary control of the construction site for 24 hours. The guys have made sure to make an opening into DARPA's basement.
Basement
There's nothing of value in the basement, so just keep moving. There might be some guards patrolling the area, but they're avoidable. Some cars might still be present, so use that to your advantage.
First Level: Green
Green level security should cover the lobby and the first floor only. There's nothing in the first floor except some staff offices. Security cams for the first and second level security is handled in the reception desk, and there's always two people manning the desk. Access into the second floor is only through the main stairs in the lobby, and restricted with a yellow keycard. If any keycard is left behind, they'll surely be in either reception or the locker room. First level and second level guards also carry the yellow keycard. There should't be that much cameras in the green level security area.
Second Level: Yellow
Yellow level security covers only the second and third floor of the building. The second floor houses some testing labs and some offices, but the third floor is home to only labs. Labs in the second and third floor are locked with the yellow level security, while some of the labs in the third floor are locked with the orange level keycard. Access to the fourth floor is locked with an RGB keypad and voice recognition module, so I will arrange for the lift to stop in the third floor. You'll need to find a crowbar. I'll reckon there's some in the basement. More cameras in the yellow level security area, and the cameras are monitored from somewhere inaccessible.
Third Level: Orange
Orange level security covers the fourth floor of the building, and it also covers some labs in the third floor of the building. Aside from more cameras, the fourth floor is also equipped with laser grids. There might be traps as well mixed in there. Meanwhile, all the labs in the fourth floor are locked behind the red level. To open the yellow level labs, you need to find an orange badge. There might be some scattered around the building, so look for some.
Fourth Level: Red
Red level security covers the four high-tech and top secret labs in the fourth floor, as well as an armory in the third floor. The labs have all the security of the orange level, with the addition of a floor pressure alarm, each locked behind a heavy blast door. The only way to access the labs is to hack an electricity panel in the vents below the labs, between the third and fourth floor. The team can hacks many panel, and then interacting with the panel to disable the system. Only one panel can be deactivated at a time; deactivating another panel will cancel out both panels and activate the security system of the labs again. Regardless of difficulty, one hacked panel will disable the security system for 90 seconds.
Possible Loot
There's lots of things that Gage is willing to pay, and pay high. Gage needs at least 4/6/8/10/12 loot to make it worth his while.
Parts & Components
Some of these engineering projects require special parts, made with delicate precision and from rare materials. Gage could sell them on the black market, or even melt them and sell the alloys.
Research Materials
Certain governments are willing to pay high for research notes from DARPA. Bits of research notes, hard drives, and servers are priced well in the black market.
Weapons
In case those high-tech stuffs scare you, there are some conventional weaponry being locked in the armory. Gage always respects guns.
Van Turret 2.0
http://payday.wikia.com/wiki/SWAT_Van_Turret?file=Swat_van.png
There are rumors that DARPA is going to take the SWAT's Turret, mount a Vulcan and a RC-4 rocket launcher, and deploy it for military use. If you do find it, you first need to dismantle the minigun and its ammo feed, the rocket launcher, then the turret base.
Quantum Stealth Suit
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2245935/The-camouflage-fabric-make-soldiers-INVISIBLE-Company-claims-Pentagon-backing-miracle-material.html
I read somewhere that DARPA has a working stealth suit already. Man, if we can use that, we can rob any banks in blind dayling and no one would notice. Sadly, Gage has put a heavy price on that technology.
Laser Defense System
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Energy_Liquid_Laser_Area_Defense_System
Gage told us of an interesting air defense system being developed by DARPA. A system using lasers to destroy any incoming missiles. If we run into one, be sure to take it out.
Future Tactical Combat Armor
Some leaked documents from White Mesa indicated a new project in DARPA to combine exoskeleton and a new, lightweight yet durable spider-silk armor into the future tactical combat armor. If we find such an armor, it will make Gage happy.
Escape Plan
A van will be waiting for us in the construction site. But if you're unhappy with the current arrangements, a zip-line can be placed in the third floor to bring the bags down to the construction site.
The rest? Just forwarding old stuffs.

BTW, how are you feeling, Ash?
A lot better thanks for asking. Have a nasty ear infection and finally saw a specialist yesterday. Got some medication for it and its already starting to clear up. So i'm hoping for a full recovery in a few days. So hopefully i get myself fully organised and get the entries judged by the end of next week.
You should, email me again please.

If you didn't get an email off me a few hours ago, send it again please.
Sorry but the codes are for steam exclusively.
Guys, please stop and properly read! This is not a thread to throw your own new entry in. This is a thread for those who entered to show off what they have made!
