how does one reset the xp penalties on this game.

3 days in a row i have had -100% on mall crashers regardless of difficulty or people joined.....
ive also got -48 % on jewlery store -48% on one of the bank hiests and about 2 other contracts and its not reseting the -xp no matter how many other missions i do? So at this rate im supposing that i will run out of missions completely before i even hit lvl 100? This seems like a broken game that has now caused 2 of my friends to uninstall and rage quit the game for good.....are we supposed to play games for fun?and challenges?

You gotta play other heists. Try the ones with "+" modifiers especially.

how many times ive done 16 other hiests and still no drop.....

When you need to reduce penalties; do not buy the heists, pick them at random.
And you do them until you are at +-0 penalty on the heist you want (probably rats I guess) no matter how long this will take you.
If you dig a little or search for xp penalty it goes something like:
Every time you complete a heist some random number of random heists gets a xp bonus, the more + it has the more will get "transferred" to one or more different heists.
In order to not get massive penalties you need to cycle the heists on a regular basis.

Time has no impact on the penalties only the number of jobs done.

Do the one with +++. I know how you feel, I have +++ on framing frame pro job, and I hate that mission, that is why I dont play it...
