I have a couple questions about the alienware alpha.

Do you have to buy a brand new alpha in order to get the mask, or can I still get the mask if I get a used one from ebay?

Is the mask a code like the other special ones or is it tied to the machine itself similar to the TF2 earbuds & macintoshes?

And lastly, if it ends up that I don't like the alpha and return it, do I lose the mask from my account?

The alpha masks actually don't come with the Alienware Alpha anymore. I believe it was just a limited time offer.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

You're right, the Alienware Alpha was a limited time promotion, and to the best of my knowledge, was valid until a limited stock run out.

So I'd recommend checking with your retailer before purchasing the device.

Hi, just confirmed with Alienware Support. The promotion has ended and Alienware Alpha consoles no longer ship with the Alienware Alpha Mask Pack for PAYDAY 2. Sorry!

You can always get the masks from people in the trading section for the right stuff to trade. Did it this way, people were legit and fair.
