Here are some of the locations of the rings on Birth of Sky. Feel free to add the locations here in this post and I'll update accordingly. So far I have found rings at these locations:

Teuer Automotive

• 1st floor desk near door.
  
• On top of the color swatch displaycase.
  
• Manager's desk. [Credit to Diginauter]
  
• On 1st floor couch. [Credit to pNu.Johnny]

Marlene's Diner

• On counter near jukebox.
  
• On stovetop pan in kitchen.
  
• On dishwashing sink by milkshakes. [Credit to Diginauter]
  
• On floor near jukebox. [Credit to pNu.Johnny]

Dinoil Gas Station

• On sink in restrroom.
  
• Above gas pumps near the Dino.
  
• On top of red toolbox in the garage area.
  
• Inside employee area on a table with cards [Credit to ToMato]
  
• On top of the tire changer in garage. [Credit to Diginauter]
  
• On shelves inside gas station convenience store. [Credit to Diginauter]
  
• On desk near table with playing cards.[Credit to pNu.Johnny]

Common Carriers Warehouse

• On chair in lobby.
  
• On top of Photocopier in lobby. [Credit to ToMato]
  
• On top of some white boxes. [Credit to Diginauter]
  
• On desk in lobby. [Credit to Diginauter]
  
• On counter near receptionist area. [Credit to Diginauter]
  
• On top on various brown boxes on shleves. [Credit to Ћ Abomination Jones + Purple Tentacle]

[Mato]

I found one on the photochopier in the warehouse lobby, one in the gas station table with the cards

3 - Inside the workshop (On some machinery)
4 - Dinner (In the Pan)
5 - Car Shop (Manager's Desk)
6 - Dinner (Close to the other ring, next to some drinks)
7 - Gas Station Shop (In the empty shelves)
8 - Depot (On top of some random small table)
9 - Depot (On top of the copy machine)

I found one in the diner on the floor next to the jukebox, one in the dealership on a couch ground floor, one on a desk in the same area the table with cards is

thats good, it's set spawns. it's also not outside, with rings that small, i would ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kill myself if i had to look for those things outside

I swear I saw one on one of the warehouse shelves. I'll need to play again and see if it comes up.

theres lots on the warehouse shelves i found 2 or 3 in there when i got the achievement

Can confirm. There are various rings on top of brown boxes in warehouse. Look carefully for boxes that have 1 stack lower than the others.

I like how this achievement is actually a challenge to find and is well hidden, unlike that "hidden" safe on FWB that you literally run into if you want to get to the escape
